I work over Sierra’s front with a galley whip, while she struggles to keep her hands behind her back. I encourage her to keep her fingers laced, which makes it a little easier. What *really* makes it easier is when I state that I’m going to switch to another toy (which she’s quite reasonably afraid of) as soon as her hands come out.
